We have many items with multiple photos uploaded into windward but they are not going on to the website. Some times this feature works and sometimes it doesnt. example, this ski

Problem A: Poor Organization/Sorting

- Products are displayed in the retailer email in arbitrary order (based on Redis key iteration)
- No alphabetical sorting by product name
- No chronological sorting by when notifications were requested
- Makes it difficult for retailers to track new vs. old requests or spot patterns

Problem B: Poor Discontinued Product Handling

- When products are deleted/deactivated, they show as "Missing product with product ID X"
- Provides list of waiting customers but gives retailer no actionable options
- No mechanism to notify these customers that the product is discontinued
- Creates customer service burden as customers never get closure

Customer's Requested Solutions

A) Sort Email Alphabetically

- Sort products by product name in alphabetical order
- This will help retailers quickly identify patterns and new products
- Make the email more organized and professional

It would be very nice to add Fiserv (formerly FirstData) or Tsys as a payment processor options. Stripe fees are insanely high, and you can't even ask them for a rate review unless you average $100,000+ per month with them.

The Packing Slip in WSM can already be sorted alphabetically, which works great. However, this sorting does not carry over into CRE, where the invoices and packing slips are printed.
