There are very few websites that are not offering an OTP feature to their customers. I am not concerned with an additional layer of protection but more with the ease of logging in without a password or allowing the option to login in either way. This would eliminate customers having to remember and reset passwords and at least for me the unnecessary amount of phone calls it creates when they don't check their spam or if a family member used their account and changed the email and they don't receive the link to reset. All this can be eliminated with the use of an OTP and something that I feel every Websell customer could find value in.

Problem A: Poor Organization/Sorting

- Products are displayed in the retailer email in arbitrary order (based on Redis key iteration)
- No alphabetical sorting by product name
- No chronological sorting by when notifications were requested
- Makes it difficult for retailers to track new vs. old requests or spot patterns

Problem B: Poor Discontinued Product Handling

- When products are deleted/deactivated, they show as "Missing product with product ID X"
- Provides list of waiting customers but gives retailer no actionable options
- No mechanism to notify these customers that the product is discontinued
- Creates customer service burden as customers never get closure

I would like the ability to create a carousel that automatically populates and updates based on best-selling products, without requiring manual selection.

Currently, best sellers have to be identified manually and added to the carousel one by one. This is time-consuming and requires ongoing maintenance as sales trends change.

The ideal solution would allow the carousel to dynamically pull products based on criteria such as:

Top-selling items over a selected time period (e.g., last 7, 30, or 90 days)
Quantity sold or revenue generated
Optional filters (category, brand, in-stock only, etc.)

The carousel should automatically refresh at a set interval or in real time so it always reflects current best sellers.

Hi,
Is there a way to enhance the existing surcharge feature to support per-item surcharges? I've been dealing with Paulina and she suggested I write to you.
We have multiple items that have additional mandatory manufacturer charges like freight,tariff, and/or surcharges that are added to an item which we need to pass onto the customer to pay. Currently Websell program cannot take those two items and add the two additional charges at checkout to one charge. The system can't process that the additional charges are not a shipping method or additions to the shipping charges. They are a non taxable added charges.

The attached images show an example of our current shipping configuration. Other retailers may have more or fewer shipping methods, but this demonstrates how difficult the page becomes to manage as the configuration grows.

The main Fulfillment Methods list cannot be sorted, filtered, customized, or downloaded. Shipping methods with similar names appear in no clear order, making it difficult to compare them or confirm that each method is assigned to the correct destination group.

As shown in the second image, each shipping method can also contain many individual shipping rules. One of our methods currently has 20 rules covering order weight, item names, custom item attributes, ZIP codes, and state codes. These rules are also displayed in no clear order and cannot be sorted or filtered. Some descriptions are cut off, so the rule must be opened to see its complete condition and action. This makes it difficult to identify duplicate, outdated, overlapping, or conflicting rules.

Please add sorting and filtering options for both fulfillment methods and the individual rules contained within each method. It would also be very helpful to export the complete shipping configuration to CSV or Excel, make changes outside WSM, and import the updated file.

The export should include the fulfillment method, assigned country or group, rule name, condition source, operation, condition value, resulting action, adjustment amount or percentage, priority, and enabled status.

Even if importing cannot be added immediately, a downloadable CSV export would provide retailers with a valuable backup and make it much easier to review, organize, and optimize complicated shipping configurations.

Bulk Ordering

Customers should be able to manage their saved shipping addresses from their account page, removing any old ones they no longer want to use. Checkout should also automatically remove addresses that are invalid or missing required details, so customers won't get stuck trying to complete an order with an address that can't be used.

Please add the ability to configure package dimensions based on the total weight of an order. Currently, WebSell submits one fixed set of dimensions for every carrier rate request, regardless of whether the order is small, heavy or bulky. One default box cannot accurately represent the wide range of packages used by most retailers.

The proposed feature would allow retailers to create configurable weight ranges and assign a package length, width and height to each range. For example, orders up to 3 lb could use 8 × 6 × 4 dimensions, orders from 3 to 7 lb could use 10 × 8 × 6, and larger orders could use progressively larger dimensions. WebSell would select the appropriate dimensions based on the order’s total quoted weight before requesting the carrier rate.

This would improve UPS and other carrier-calculated rates because dimensional weight can substantially affect the quote. Using one box size for every order may overquote smaller orders and contribute to abandoned carts, while setting the default too small can underquote larger orders.

As an extension, shipping rules could include a “Set package dimensions” action. This would allow dimensions to be changed for lightweight but bulky products by using product attributes, categories or other conditions already supported by the rules engine.

This would provide a practical improvement in shipping accuracy without requiring retailers to configure detailed product-level cartonization.
